Treatment varies depending on the patient, the condition, and the severity. We will make every effort to ensure your treatment is as fast and effective as possible.
On your first visit to our office, please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We ask that you bring your medical records, insurance cards, and any medications you are taking. You will need to complete a New Patient Registration form. Completing any relevant forms prior to your visit will lower your wait time. You can find several of these forms on our website. You can also expect to be seen by a physician, whereas during a recheck appointment you are more likely to be seen by a physician assistant.
The length of your stay with us depends on the nature of your visit. The average appointment takes about 1 hour. For a typical appointment, you should allow for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 2 hours for your appointment time.
We accept most health insurance plans in the Michigan area (including Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, HAP, and Midwest Health Plan) and some plans outside of the Michigan area (including Medicare, Medicaid, Meridian and Auto). Please feel free to call if you have any questions regarding insurance.
Depending on the care provider requested or required for the appointment, the wait time can be between 1 – 8 weeks. Typically, an appointment can be scheduled 2-3 weeks out.
