Dr. Giancarlo
Dr. Thomas Giancarlo is board-certified in neurology and the subspecialties of sleep disorder medicine, neuromuscular diseases, neuro-physiology, pain management, and neuro-imaging. Dr. Giancarlo previously served as Chief of Neurology at St. John Hospital and Medical Center. He currently serves as Chief of Neurology at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital – Warren and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at three regional medical schools.
Dr. Voci
Dr. J. Matthew Voci is a board-certified neurologist with subspecialty training in geriatric neurology, including memory, cognitive and behavioral disorders, as well as movement disorders and neuromuscular disease.

Dr. G. Matthew Dillon is a board-eligible general neurologist and also is board-eligible in vascular neurology. His clinical interests include stroke and stroke prevention, transcranial ultrasound, and carotid ultrasound. He did extensive research and is published in multiple sclerosis. He completed his internship at the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY. His residency in neurology and fellowship in vascular neurology was completed at the University of Miami and Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida.

Dr. Nabity

Dr. Thomas S. Nabity is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician (PM&R). His special interests include rehabilitation of neuromuscular disorders, spasticity management, back and joint pain, and sports medicine. Dr. Nabity completed his internship and residency at William Beaumont Hospital.

Dr. Syed Abbas Moosavi is a board-eligible physical medicine and rehabilitation physician (PM&R). His clinical interests include spinal and musculoskeletal disorders, ultrasound diagnosis and procedures, sports medicine, foot and ankle pain, spasticity management, and orthopedic rehabilitation. Dr. Moosavi completed his post-internship training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City.

Dr. John Santa Ana is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R). He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. He specializes in pain management, electrodiagnostic medicine and musculoskeletal sports medicine. Dr. Santa Ana completed his internship and residency at The Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington DC, and served as an Army Physician at Madigan Army Medical Center.

 

Dr. Toma

Dr. Reem Toma is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R). Her clinical interests include neurological disorders, musculoskeletal disorders, spasticity management and sports medicine. Dr. Toma completed her medical training at Wayne State University School of Medicine and her internship and residency at William Beaumont Hospital. 

Dr. Christine D. Liff is a clinical psychologist, with specialty training in Neuropsychology. She received her Ph.D. at the University of North Texas. Her post-internship training was completed at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, while she received post-doctoral training at Pate Rehabilitation Endeavors in Dallas, and the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan.

Dr. Matthew Kadrich is a clinical psychologist who specializes in neuropsychology. He received his Psy.D. at the Michigan School of Professional Psychology, and completed a post-doctoral certification in neuropsychology at Fielding Graduate University. He is experienced in the treatment and assessment of stroke, dementia, traumatic brain injury, and ADHD.

Dr. Ross Halpern is a clinical psychologist with special expertise in pain psychology. He is experienced in the treatment of stroke, closed head injuries, and chronic pain. Dr. Halpern earned his Ph.D. at the University of Detroit and completed internships at Detroit Psychiatric Institute, Windsor Western Hospital, and Oakland University. He teaches at the University of Michigan Department of Anesthesiology Chronic Pain Psychology.

Dr. Donna Khoury is a scholar-practitioner in the fields of counseling and clinical psychology. She earned her counseling degree from Western Michigan University and her clinical psychology degree from the Michigan School of Professional Psychology. She completed her post-doctoral training at Forest Health Medical Center and Michigan Neurology Associates with an emphasis in health psychology. She specializes in post-traumatic stress and adjustment disorders, chronic pain, injury, post concussion syndrome, and medication management.

Debra Evola, PA-C has a Bachelor of Biological Science degree from Wayne State University and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Detroit Mercy. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Ms. Evola joined Michigan Neurology Associates in 2013.

Bradley Jones, PA-C has a Bachelor of Science degree in general studies with a minor in exercise physiology from Oakland University and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Wayne State University. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Mr. Jones joined Michigan Neurology Associates in 2011.

Bethany Shanku, PA-C has a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Wayne State University. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Ms. Shanku joined Michigan Neurology Associates in 2016.

Marcie Camero, NP-BC has a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Kentucky and earned a Master of Science degree in nursing from the University of Michigan. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, specializing in Adult Gerontology Acute Care. Ms. Camero joined Michigan Neurology Associates in 2014. 

Jessica Vettraino, NP-C has a Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Oakland University and earned a Master of Science degree in nursing from the University of Michigan. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, specializing in Adult Gerontology Primary Care. Ms. Vettraino joined Michigan Neurology Associates in 2016.

Ed Neumaier, NP-C earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and a Master of Science in nursing from South University. He is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, specializing in adult geriatric primary care. Mr. Neumaier joined Michigan Neurology Associates in 2018.
